What is Agile methodology in PM?

Agile methodology in project management involves breaking projects into fixed periods called sprints. Agile project management prioritises adaptability and teamwork, following key Agile principles. Only the upcoming sprint is planned ahead, lasting 1 to 4 weeks, enabling swift response to changes.

Unlike the traditional 'waterfall' approach, which has a set sequence of phases dependent on prior completion, Agile allows for more immediate change management.
