What is Agile in a project?

Agile in a project setting is a dynamic project management approach focused on iterative, incremental work cycles, known as iterations or sprints. It emphasises responsiveness and teamwork, guided by key Agile principles. Planning involves short intervals, typically one to four weeks, to facilitate rapid adjustments.

Unlike this, traditional 'waterfall' methodology follows a sequential approach, offering less flexibility for changes.
