What do you mean by Agile project management?

Agile project management denotes a dynamic approach to project management where tasks are performed in small, iterative cycles, called sprints. This method values teamwork and flexibility, grounded on core Agile principles. Planning occurs only until the sprint's end, spanning 1-4 weeks, facilitating swift responses to changes.

In contrast to the rigid 'waterfall' approach, Agile encourages prompt adaptation to shifts.
