Do you need a PM in Agile?

It's quite common to question if a PM is necessary in Agile. All projects do need a project manager, though Agile methods like Scrum suit software upkeep and product development more than strict project managing. If Scrum's deployed in a project, it’s wise to appoint a PM. This role can overlap with the Scrum Master, depending on organisational and project specifics. Ultimately, PMs are crucial, even within Agile frameworks, for realising and integrating a project's value.
