What is the best Agile project management certification?

Many assume incorrectly that a Scrum Master certification is the best Agile project management certification. Yet, Scrum is not a project management approach, and a Scrum Master isn't a project manager. The key Agile project certifications are AgilePM and PRINCE2 Agile.
